Kenda is an organization effectiveness expert who works with clients to identify opportunities and approaches for managing all types of organizational change. She is also an astute and highly perceptive organizational leadership coach who always has a grasp on the delicate balance between human dynamics and corporate systems.
Corporate and Consulting Experience
Prior to joining On the Same Page, Kenda served as a change management and organizational systems consultant to clients in non-profit and educational industries. On the corporate side, she served as Director of Operations for KPMG's National Marketing and Communications organization, taking the organization through several critical business and organization realignments as it responded to the ever changing direction of its industry and the constant refining of the corporate vision.
Professional and Community Involvement
Kenda is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key Honor Societies, and also serves as an online adjunct professor of Organizational Management for Spring Arbor University.
