Currently supporting rollout of new MVV across 6,500 employees in more than 50 sites based on culture and philosophy of employee involvement.
- Executing a communication and engagement strategy for a leading food services provider with 3,000 employees in 89 locations throughout North America.
- Conducting comprehensive listening exercise and developing communication strategy to engage approximately 4,000 field employees.
- Creating a leadership communication course for a $13 billion global diversified industrial company that will be integrated with the organization’s leadership assessment, performance management and objective-setting processes.
- Building a marketing strategy and deliverables to launch a quickly-growing consulting firm offering a range of services, including executive search, analytics and employee survey tools and processes, coaching and health and wellness programs.
